- You are liable for all legal consequences if the contents of your report violate the relevant laws and regulations.
- In consideration of information security, if the contents of your report or your identity need to be kept confidential, please send a hardcopy of your report to the Office of Administrative Affairs (Address: Office of Administrative Affairs No. 162, Section 1, Heping E. Rd., Taipei City 106, Taiwan) and label it with “Confidential”. The Office of Administrative Affairs will process your report and protect your personal information. Thank you for your cooperation.
