The "I’m on it Center" is a contact service for NTNU faculty, staff, and students to lodge a formal complaint. Please fill in the following information, and your case will be transferred to the relevant unit(s) for subsequent handling.
Guidelines for report submissions:
  1. To ensure that administrative resources are used efficiently, all uncertain reports or contents containing malicious attacks, insults, or Internet rumors submitted, as well as those submitted using unidentified website URLs, will not be processed.
  2. You are liable for all legal consequences if the contents of your report violate the relevant laws and regulations.
  3. In consideration of information security, if the contents of your report or your identity need to be kept confidential, please send a hardcopy of your report to the Office of Administrative Affairs (Address: Office of Administrative Affairs No. 162, Section 1, Heping E. Rd., Taipei City 106, Taiwan) and label it with “Confidential”. The Office of Administrative Affairs will process your report and protect your personal information. Thank you for your cooperation.
