資訊中心67週年校慶成果展   雲端服務 驚喜連連

本期電子報特以67週年校慶成果展內容作為報導主題。校慶成果展於102年6月3日上午假本校教育大樓二樓國際演講廳舉行,張校長國恩蒞臨開幕致詞時,表達本校重視資訊化發展的軟硬體建設及服務,提供資訊化管理亦兼顧資訊安全,對於資訊中心的付出與努力給予高度肯定。本中心王主任偉彥介紹今年的資訊中心成果展,除了這幾年來業務成果,也分享未來雲端科技的創新服務,主題豐富且內容精彩,分別由各組組長以風格異趣的方式表現,講述過程趣味十足且驚喜連連。當日實況業已置於網站,歡迎點閱。<詳全文>
The newsletter reported on the contents of the 67th anniversary exhibition by ITC. The exhibition was held on June 3rd in the Lecture Hall located on the second floor of NTNU Educational Building. Principal Chang provided the opening speech to show support and recognition of ITC’s works and efforts. ITC’s Director, Wang Wei-Yen introduced the contents of this year’s exhibition. In addition to introducing the various achievements in recent years by ITC, the new cloud computing services will be presented in a creative and innovative way by various division heads of ITC. 臺師大儲存雲   開啟校園雲端服務

「臺師大儲存雲」的服務於此次成果展啟用,英文名稱取為NTNU.Star.Box,乃是兼具其功能及諧音的意涵。成果展的現場讓與會者體驗儲存雲的操作,並說明個人使用任何行動裝置,即能上載、分享、同步更新檔案,免除了攜帶隨身碟、光碟片、行動硬碟等儲存裝置的困擾,並享有同步更新及儲存版本的便利。校慶成果展啟用引發師生熱烈迴響,有關「臺師大儲存雲」啟用及安裝方式,敬請參閱中心網站>常用服務>台師大儲存雲<詳全文>
NTNU cloud storage service was activated during this exhibition and  named NTNU.Star.Box. Participants of the exhibition will experience the operation of the cloud storage. The cloud storage service allows users to upload, share, or sync data from any mobile devices, thus preventing the need for USB storage device, CDs, DVDs or portable hard drives, and at the same time enjoy the convenience of updating, syncing, and storing files.

學校e化的源頭   人事資訊系統

應用研發組曾元顯組長透過多媒體製作的簡報,靈活展現出本中心開發的人事系統,不僅便利人事業務的自動化處理,也著重在資訊系統之間的資料雙向串接與分享,降低資料的重複輸入,提升資料的一致性與再用率。例如,事求人系統,可讓校方公告職缺,求職者填寫履歷,用人單位篩選合適人選,當新進人員資料進入人事系統後,立刻分享至學校的 Email 系統、行政入口網、Moodle教學平台、教務資訊系統、圖書館身分認證機制,啟動各系統的帳號,接通學校e化作業流程。又如:教師升等審查系統與研發處的教師表現系統串接,免除教師重複繕打學術表現資料。而教育訓練系統更納進校外系統與校內其它單位的訓練紀錄,整合成完整的個人教育訓練資訊。簡言之,人事系統不僅便於人事業務的自動化處理,更是本校人員資料的分享中心、身分驗證來源、以及e化作業的源頭。
The Head of Application Research Division, Yuen-Hsien Tseng, presented the Human Resource System developed by ITC. The system allows for automatic processing of human resource affairs and is emphasized on linking and sharing  data between information systems. This will reduce repeated data entries and improve the consistency and reusability of the data. For example, in the Job Hunting System, the school can post job openings in the system and request job applicants to submit their resumes. The recruiting department can find suitable candidates from the system easily. After the data of the new recruits are entered into the human resource system, the data can be shared to the school’s email system, administration system, Moodle, educational administrative system, and library identity verification to activate accounts on various systems, thus connecting with the digital work flow of the school. As another example, the Professor Promotion System and the Research Performance System are interconnected. This will prevent the teaching staffs from repeated entering of academic performance information. Moreover, the Training System imports training records from both outside-school training systems and within-school training systems from other departments, to compile a complete personal training records. In short, the Human Resource System automates human resource affairs and at the same time, it is the sharing center for personnel information and source of all administrative information systems.

校務行政APP   校務邁向行動化

行政支援組陳白莉組長化身嬌俏的莊老師,手持目前最夯的平板電腦,利用本中心開發的APP進行點名而帶動現場氣氛。講述主題旨在推廣本中心的雲端服務、APP開發等技術。說明隨著行動裝置普及,讓生活從e化進入m化時代。m化意指「行動化」,在當今人手一支智慧手機或是平板電腦的風潮下,業已擺脫了以往受限於PC的操作,更利於將e化資訊與服務「行動化」帶著走。<詳全文>
Administration Support Division Head, Pai-Li Chen, presented to the audience an app developed by ITC on the latest tablets. The main topics of the presentation include promoting ITC’s cloud computing service and apps development by ITC. The presentation talked about the mobilization of digital information and systems provided through the used smart phones and tablets.

X檔案保衛站   保護機敏資料檔案

網路系統組簡培修組長模擬電影不可能的任務情節,以生動有趣簡報本中心致力於資訊安全所做的努力、以及建構雲端應用得到的成果。主題講述檔案加解密系統,對於機敏資料時的保護方式,可以限制檔案開啟次數、到期時間或是限定某臺電腦才能開啟檔案,且當檔案到期後自動刪除檔案,就恍如電影情報員接任務一般嚴謹,以避免機敏資料外洩的可能。<詳全文>
The Head of Networking Division, Pei-Hsiu Chien, presented the amount of effort ITC has put in to ensure the safety of the internet of the campus. The presentation explained the system to encrypt and decrypt data and also explained the protective measures for encrypted data files such as limiting the number of times a file can be opened, expiry time to open a file, managing the access level of computers and automatic file deletion after the expiry time is due. These measures prevent the possibility of personal information details to be leaked.

開放式認證   保障個資悠遊

為保障全校師生個人資料的安全,本中心引進開放式認證(Open Authentication)機制,提供第三方網站存取校務機敏資料「徵求授權」的程序,須經使用者本人「同意授權」才能讀取其個人資料。將有利於校內不同單位間的使用,欲獲取本校教職員生的個人資料時,可透過單一簽入帳號密碼登入授權提供個人資料,無需另外創建帳號、密碼或重複輸入相關資訊。目前這套機制運作在校務行動平台所有的APP,以及發展師資培育系統。<詳全文>
ITC has introduced “Open Authentication” mechanism to improve the security of personal information of all students and staffs. Third party websites accessing confidential data are required to go through an authentication procedure which requires the users to authenticate before data can be accessed. This mechanism will be applied to all departments within the school and all authentication process for personal information can be authenticated via one account and password. There is no requirement to create new accounts, passwords, or repeatedly enter the same information to various information services. The authentication mechanism is currently running on all apps related to administrative affairs and teacher development education system.

駭客攻防站   校園網路安全措施

本次成果展的現場以實機操作模擬駭客入侵與攻擊手法,以及被駭者面對的資安風險,讓與會者轉換成攻擊者角度來看網路安全問題,提高其警覺性。並說明本中心針對校園網路安全所採行的「軟、硬」防治之道。<詳全文>
Hacking methods were simulated at the exhibition to demonstrate the security attacks that can be faced. Participants of the exhibition could understand Internet security attacks from the hacker’s point of view and the awareness to defend hacking was raised. The exhibition also explained the security measures implemented by ITC to provide a safer Internet environment for the campus.

校園軟體雲   服務不打烊

教學服務組汪耀華組長以「10元硬幣變成100元」的魔術手法,表達出本中心善用學校有限的資源,創造出加倍的效益成果。說明資源不足的電腦教室困境,經由校園軟體雲的建立,將打造出服務不打烊的環境。且方便教職員生使用時下流行的行動裝置(如平板電腦、智慧型手機),透過網路選用各種版本的校園授權軟體。尾聲之際安排兩位天使送進朵朵白雲(棉花糖),請張校長及兩位副校長品嚐「甜美」的雲端成果,為雲端成果說明會再度掀起了驚喜,讓整個活動在歡樂聲中落幕。<詳全文>
Wang, Yao-Hua, the Head of Educational Service Division, explained the situation of ITC utilizing the limited resources available to produce services that are of better worth and quality. She explained the difficulties met by ITC due to lack of resources while managing to set up a 24-hour cloud computing service. The services provide convenience for staffs and students to access all software versions available through mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones. At the end of the presentation, Principal Chang and the two Vice-Principals were treated with cotton candies as a present of the “sweet” success of the cloud computing.
